I am not too keen on central AC right now—seems like waste of money which I do not have. I have considered just getting $600 air conditioners for my two bedrooms and use fans if I am elsewhere in townhouse. Or getting ceiling fans but my place has no overhead wiring so that would be hastle even though I would save money.
